Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our mechanized process, frequency, safety chemicals, and timing.
How often should residential water tanks be cleaned?
Medical and BIS health standards recommend professional deep cleaning every 3 to 6 months to prevent biofilm, heavy metal sedimentation, and pathogen buildup.
Are your sanitizing agents safe for drinking water?
Yes, 100%. We exclusively use food-grade bio-sanitizers certified non-toxic and odorless. We never use corrosive chlorine powders that damage tank plastic or masonry.
How long does a standard tank cleaning service take?
A typical 1,000L to 2,000L residential overhead tank takes approximately 60 to 90 minutes from slurry evacuation to final UV-C radiation treatment.
